Sipho Twala

Chairman

Sipho Twala serves as the Chairman of SIG. He is a Partner in a holdings firm, SKMT Sunrise Investments Group and serves as the Chairman for Dust-a-side, a company partly owned by Bouyges. He Furthermore founded several listed business including 1Time Airlines, African Bank and Litha Healthcare and is currently the Chairman and shareholder in Colas South Africa

Executive Director

Our Executive Director at SIG is Luvuyo Twala, focusing on all functions involved both pre- and post-investments, including origination, due diligence, structuring, financial modelling strategy and business development. He started his career at Vunani Investment Banking, Corporate Finance.
